Jeanette Wilson Johnson, 82, died peacefully on July 28, 2014 at the home of her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ann and Jerry Holloway at 104 Sherwood Avenue, Greer.

Jeanette was the daughter of the late Dewey and Annie Major Wilson.

She was a retired employee of Piedmont Lutheran and attended Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Surviving:

She was predeceased by her husband, Bill Johnson, in 1988, one brother, Leonard Wilson and one sister, Doris Roberts.

Surviving are five brothers, James L. Wilson of Bear, DE, Bill Wilson of Winchester, VA, Gary, Leon and Marvin Wilson all of Asheville, NC; three sisters, Aretha W. Sales and Sarah W. Moore of Asheville, NC and Joan W. Jones of East Flatrock, NC.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Paul Manous and Chaplain Deon Louw.

Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.

The families are at their respective homes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church, 111 Biblebrook Drive, Greer,SC 29651.
