Jessie Brockman (Padgett) Kemp, 86, widow of James Henry Kemp passed away January 20, 2021.

A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late James T. and Clara G. Brockman. She was a retired textile employee and a member of Abner Creek Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving is one son, Edgar R. Padgett (Cindy) of Greer; one daughter Peggy S. Padgett (Steve Hendrix) of Greenville; one step-son James Randy Kemp (Kim) of Landrum; two step-daughters, Sandra Simpson (Bobby) of Campobello; Shelby Rochester of Duncan; one sister Joyce Holcombe of Hickory, NC; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Kemp was predeceased by two brothers, James P. Brockman, Thomas Lee Brockman and one sister Francis Brockman.

Funeral Services:

A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, January 25, 2021 at Antioch Presbyterian Church Cemetery conducted by Pastor Bill Morris.

The family will be at the home.

Pallbearers will be Mark Brockman, Thomas Holcombe, Randy Kemp, Bobby Simpson, Chaz Moon and Dekker Moon.
