Joe Riley Beeks, III, 78, passed away November 10, 2017.

A native of Greenville County, he was a son of the late Joe R. Beeks, Jr. and Inez Phillips Beeks, a retired employee of J.P. Stevens & Co., and a member of New Covenant Fellowship.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Joyce Durham Beeks of the home; one daughter, Janice Beeks of Greenwood; two sisters, Connie Reynolds (Dean) and Tammy Human (Frankie) all of Holly Springs; two grandchildren, Kristy Johnson (Jonathan) and Tiffany Hall (Clint); six great-grandchildren, Jessica Ferguson, Johnnie Beeks, Jonathan Johnson, Jr., Peyton, Zachary and Joey Hall; and a special sister-in-law, Evelyn Gregory.

He was also predeceased by a son, Joey Beeks; one great-grandson, Daniel Johnson and one brother, David Beeks.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 13, 2017 at New Covenant Fellowship, conducted by Rev. Keith Hannon, Rev. Steve Durham and Rev. Michael Beeks.

Burial will follow in Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 9:30 until 10:45 a.m. Monday at the church prior to the service.

The family is at the home.
