Karen Ann Mathena Nestor, 59, went home to be with the Lord March 2, 2016.

A native of Wyandotte, Michigan, daughter of the late Russell A. Mathena, Sr. and Annabelle Mae Abanatha Mathena, she was an employee of Worldwide Tent Makers and a member of Faith Baptist Church, Taylors.

Surviving:

Surviving are her husband, Brent Nestor of the home; two brothers, Roger D. Mathena of Lincoln Park, Michigan and Russell A. Mathena, Jr. of Southgate, Michigan; two half-brothers, Rick Mathena and Richard Schott; and a half-sister, Linda Duncan.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Faith Baptist Church, conducted by Dr. John Monroe and Mike Shrock.

Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Visitation will be held 12:45-1:45 p.m. Tuesday at the church.

The family is at the home.
