Leon Kelley, 87, widower of Dorothy Marie Hughes Kelley, passed away on Feb. 5, 2018.
A native of Roanoke, AL, son of the late Andrew Gordon and Mary Jane Flournory Kelley, he was a retired employee of B & B Smelting Company, a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran and of the Pentecostal faith.
Surviving:
Surviving are two sons, Andrew Kelley of Startex and Nathan Kelley of Pauline; one daughter, Mary Smith of Inman; two brothers, Bruce Kelley of Newnan, GA and Cecil Kelley of Thomasville, GA; one sister, Nina Allen of Lafayette, AL; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mr. Kelley was predeceased by one son, Roger Kelley.
Funeral Services:
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, 2018 at Fort Prince Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary.
The family is at the home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children?s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
