Mae Bess Hembree Nichols, 92, died Monday, September 1, 2014 at National Health Care Mauldin.

A native of Cashville, daughter of the late John Thomas and Nettie Pearl Burgess Hembree, she was the owner/operator Merle Norman Cosmetics, Rock Hill, and a long time member of Woodland United Methodist Church in Rock Hill.

Surviving:

Left to cherish her loving fond memories is her husband of 73 years Ernest John Nichols of the home; two sisters, Eunice Gates and Frances Gilbert both of N.C.; several nieces and nephews and many friends.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Wood Memorial Park conducted by Pastor Eddie Usher.

Visitation will follow the service at the gravesite.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels of Greenville, 15 Oregon Street, Greenville, S.C. 29605.
