Malcolm Decator Hughes, 78, died Sept. 28, 2016 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.
A native of Greenville county, son of the late T.W. and Carrie Center Hughes, he was a carpenter and a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving:
Surviving are his wife, Opal Dill Hughes of the home; one son, Dill Hughes (Kristi) of Columbia, TN; one daughter, Jada Hughes of Greer; one sister, Mary Kimbrell of Greer and two grandchildren, Courtney Hughes and Dillon Hughes.
Mr. Hughes was predeceased by one son, Chan Hughes; one brother, Clarence Hughes and one sister, Hazel Sudduth.
Funeral Services:
Graveside services will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016 at Camp Creek Baptist Church cemetery conducted by Rev. Joe Hayes.
Visitation will be held 2:30-3:45 p.m. Saturday at Camp Creek Baptist Church.
The family is at the home.
