Mary Betty Worley Yancey, 92, widow of Samuel Yancey, passed away on December 1, 2020.

A native of Canton, GA daughter of the late Taylor and Gladys Greene Worley, she was a homemaker and a member of Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are one daughter, Susan Y. King (John) of Cross Hill; one son, Lesley Yancey (Judi) of Lyman; one brother, Silas A. Worley of Canton, Ga; two daughters-in-law, Donna Yancey of Greenville and Ellen Welsh of Simpsonville; six grandchildren, Amy Yancey, Austin Yancey (Jean), Brittany Yancey, Brady Yancey (Elizabeth), Joey Welsh (Amy) and Becky Patterson (Mike); five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Yancey was predeceased by one son, Steven Yancey.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Graceland East Memorial Park conducted by Rev. Daniel Woods.

Visitation will be held after the service at the cemetery.

The family is at their respective homes.
