Mary Ellen Crain Solesbee, 87, widow of Thomas Henry (Bud) Solesbee, passed away on April 10, 2019. A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Cline L. and Carrie Sawyer Crain, she was a retired employee of Phillips Fibers Corporation and a member of Airport Baptist Church.

Surviving:
Surviving are one daughter, Maria Williams (Rick) of Honea Path; two grandchildren, Carrie Boyer (James) and Breahna Williams and two great-grandchildren, Sarah Boyer and Connor Boyer.
Mrs. Solesbee was predeceased by a daughter, Susan Williams; two brothers, Woodrow Phillips and Jim Crain and three sisters, Sammie Lee Greene, Ruby C. Oddone and Bobbie Cobb
Funeral Services:
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2019 at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. David Cobb and Rev. Mike Bowling. Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Boyer, Rick Williams, Luke Roy and Matt Cobb.
Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2019 at The Wood Mortuary.
