Mildred Ellen Cox Greene, 69, widow of James William Greene, Jr., passed away May 12, 2017.
A native of Bristol, Tennessee, daughter of the late Russell and Maude Eldreth Cox, she was retired and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are a son, Jeffrey William Greene and wife, Tonya of Charlotte, North Carolina; two daughters, Sherry Lynn Osborne and husband, Todd and Lori Michelle Greene both of Greer; one sister, Kathy Lark of Taylors; and three grandchildren, William Dillon Cooper and wife, Hali, Adam Brock Cooper and Rachele Lynn Brooks.
Mrs. Greene was predeceased by two brothers, Howard and Wayne Cox and one sister, Peggy Slagle.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 15, 2017 at Hillcrest Memory Gardens, conducted by Rev. Raymond Burrows.
The family is at the home of her daughter, Sherry Osborne.
