Nancy Jane Vinson Crocker, 78, passed away on August 1, 2018.

A native of Sedalia, Missouri, she was a daughter of the late William H.
Vinson, Sr. and Violet Collins Vinson.

Mrs. Crocker was a retired cosmetologist that practiced in many states as she traveled with her husband supporting his military career.

Nancy was a loving and devoted wife, homemaker, mother, and fantastic grandmother.

She was an avid reader that loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, sharing her love of reading, music, and playing board games.

She enjoyed sewing and often made costumes for her children and grandchildren.

Surviving:

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Marion Eugene (Gene)
Crocker, Sr., of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Gene and Elizabeth
Crocker of Chapin; two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Eddie McMillan
of Charleston and Cindy and Pete Stone of Greer; two brothers, Dale Vinson
of Sedalia, Missouri and Randy Vinson of Sedalia, Missouri; five
grandchildren, Jennifer and Mac Simmons of Lexington, Meredith and Allen
Williams of Easley, John and Alex Crocker of Dallas, TX, Robert Stone of
Greer and Elicia McMillan of Charleston and two great-grandchildren, Clara
Beth Williams and Jackson Simmons.

Mrs. Crocker was predeceased by two brothers, William H. Vinson, Jr. and
James Vinson and two sisters, Dolores Bozarth and Diana Clifford.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 5, 2018 at The Wood
Mortuary conducted by Rev. Ralph C. May, III.

Visitation will be held 3:00-3:45 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Greer Community Ministries,
Post Office Box 1373, Greer, SC 29652.
