Polly Ann Church Bradshaw, 67, widow of Tommy Edward Bradshaw, died August 24, 2015.

A native of Spartanburg, daughter of the late J.H. and Minnie Gilbert Church, she was a retired textile employee and a member of Victory Tabernacle.

Surviving:

Surviving are two sons, Ed Bradshaw (Staci) of Landrum and Tracy Bradshaw (Deanna) of Hendersonville, NC; two brothers, Clyde Gilbert of Simpsonville and Jackie Church of Greenville; two sisters, Lucille Crossman of Hendersonville, NC and Kay Brank of Greer and two grandchildren, Caley and Olivia Bradshaw.

Mrs. Bradshaw was predeceased by two brothers, Leon Church and Gerald Church.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Wood Memorial Park conducted by Rev. Suzanne E. Russell and Rev. Paul White.

The family is at the home of the son, Ed Bradshaw.

The family requests that flowers be omitted and memorials to be made to Victory Tabernacle, 316 East King Street, Flat Rock, NC 28726.
