Raymond Gene Martin, 74, passed away September 22, 2016 at Greenville Memorial Medical Center.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, son of late Ann Nunn, he was the retired manager of a bowling center, a member of American Legion Post 28 of Spartanburg, a National Guard veteran and member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Cynthia Labrenz Martin of the home; a step-daughter, Joan Marie Butler of Olive Hill, Kentucky; a brother, Alvin William Martin of Baltimore, Maryland; two step-grandsons, Steven Todd Gianoulos, Jr. and Michael David Gianoulos; and one step-great-grandson, Michael David Gianoulos, Jr.

He was also predeceased by a step-son, Robert Edward Sajovic and two sisters, Barbara Ann Leach and Shirley Lou Campbell.

Funeral Services:

A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, conducted by Pastor Scottie Burkhalter.

The family is at the home.
