Rev. Fred Eugene Crain, 92, passed away Feb. 21, 2018.
A native of Greenville County, son of the late Carl C. and Lillian Parker Crain. He worked at Southern Bleachery, Faith Printing Co., and as associate pastor of Faith Temple Church. A charter member of the church, he served 30 years as Golden Age Club president. He served on the board of WGGS-TV.
Surviving:
Surviving are his wife, Frances Hawkins Crain and two nephews, Steve Crain (Carol) and Bobby McKinney (Carole).
He was predeceased by a brother, Jesse B. Crain.
Funeral Services:
Visitation will be held 10:30-11:15 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018 at Faith Temple, conducted by Rev. Raymond Burrows. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Honorary escort will be the Golden Age Club of Faith Temple.
The family is at their respective homes.
