Tara West Horne, 46, beloved mother, daughter and sister, passed away on Nov. 15, 2018.
A native of Greenville County, daughter of Margaret Howard West of Greer and the late Edward Steven West, she was the owner of The Center For Counseling in Greer and a member of Faith Family Church.
Surviving:
Surviving in addition to her mother are one son, Justus Horne of the home and one brother, Michael Ryan West of Greer.
Funeral Services:
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Frank Jones. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Tara West Horne Memorial Fund.
