Katrine Heath Seay, 82, died March 13, 2017.

A native of Dothan, Alabama, spent childhood years in Orlando, Florida, daughter of the late Alpha Lee and Cazzie Lou Pitts Heath, she was a long-time employee of Milliken & Company Research Center and retired in 1987.

Mrs. Seay was a member of Apalache Baptist Church and former member of Riverside Baptist Church.

Mrs. Seay taught Sunday school and Vacation Bible School for many years at Apalache Baptist Church and Riverside Baptist Church.

She was a Meals on Wheels volunteer for twenty years. Mrs. Seay moved to Lyman Lake in 1965.

Surviving:

Surviving are her husband, James D. Seay of the home; one son, James Rodney Seay (Susan) of Pelham, Alabama; one daughter, Sherry Jon Copeland (Victor) of Conroe, Texas; one brother, William Joseph Heath of Montgomery, Alabama; one sister, Bessie Eleanor Flores of Harlingen, Texas, four grandchildren, Jonathan, Zachary, Caroline and Carson; two great-grandchildren, Devon and Mason and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services:

A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2017 at Apalache Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Eddie Cooper, Rev. Jerry Stepp and Rev. Joyce Murphy.

Visitation will be held 1:30-2:45 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2017 at Apalache Baptist Church.
