Velma Ann Duncan Atkins, 70, of 565 Waldrop Road, widow of Harvey "H.D." Atkins, died May 10, 2015 at her home.

A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late Israel and Nora Wofford Duncan, she was a retired employee of Inman Mills and a member of Oneal Church of God.

Surviving:

Surviving are two daughters, Joyce Cartee and Darlene Atkins both of Campbello; three sisters, Grace Howard of Landrum, Geraldine Hines and Alline Duncan both of Greer; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Tim McConnell and Rev. Shawn Rhinehart.

Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home.
