Velma Gaynelle "Kitty" Hart Carbaugh, 58, of Greer, S.C., passed away June 25, 2022, after a lengthy battle with health problems.

A native of Greer, daughter of the late James "Oscar" and Amanda Gaynelle
James Hart, she was a homemaker and member of Calvary Chapel Greer. Kitty
was a devoted wife and excellent homemaker who enjoyed helping others. She
was passionate about caring for her dog, Sidni.

Surviving:

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, David Hal Carbaugh of the home;
two sisters, Donna Good and Debra Howard both of Greer; two nephews, Nathan
and Aaron Howard; one niece, Caitlyn Morgan; and many aunts, uncles, cousins,
and good friends.

She was also predeceased by one brother, James Benton "Ben" Jones; one sister, Charmain Marquita Jones; grandmother, Margaret Smith James; grandfather, Sam James; and nephew, James Marcus Lamb.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2022, at Wood
Memorial Park, conducted by Pastor Randy Lucero.

The family will receive friends at the graveside Thursday following the service.

The family is at their respective homes.
