Michael Wayne "Red" Davis, 70, died November 7, 2015 at the McCall Hospital House.

A native of Greenville County, he was a son of the late Harold James and Odie Mae Wood Davis, a former employee of the Greer Commission of Public Works, worked for several local funeral homes, and was a US Army veteran.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Patricia Arledge Davis of the home, and two daughters, Joy Davis and Bernice Davis both of the home.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Donnie O?Shields.

Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held 12 until 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary prior to the service.

The family is at the home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital, 950 W. Faris Rd., Greenville, SC 29605 or St. Jude Children?s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
