Pelham Place, a 51,158 square-foot shopping center at 3093 S. Highway 14 in Greer has been sold for $6.65 million.

Tenants include Tropical Grille, Poinsett Medical, Nail Style, Papa John’s, and Eye Level Learning Center, among others. Greenville-based Crown Properties, LLC, acquired the property. The property formerly had a Bloom Grocery Store until it was discontinued.

“Pelham Place offers a strategic location in Greenville County, which continues to expand and is already home to more than 40 Fortune 500 companies,” said Tripp Sellers, vice president at CBRE. “After a competitive bidding process with multiple offers, the seller ultimately chose a local buyer within just three weeks of marketing the property. It was a pleasure working with RealOp Investments.”

Pelham Place was constructed in 2007 and sits on 6.74 acres and fronts Highway 14. It is located less than a quarter of a mile east of Pelham Road.

CBRE’s Tripp Sellers, David Redmond, Tommy Molin, and Brian Scurlock represented the seller, RealOp Investments, in the transaction.
