Construction of handicap sidewalk ramps and storm drains will precede the milling and laying of asphalt will take place on Pennsylvania Avenue.
The resurfacing will occur along Pennsylvania Avenue and seven side streets, according to South Carolina Department of Transportation workers. The work goes up to Main Street/Hwy. 14 and to Hwy. 290.s
Once the handicap sidewalk ramps and storm drains are completed, the streets will be milled and asphalt layed.
