The subject’s description, method and vehicle leads officers to believe that the same individual committed three other strong armed robberies in Greenville County on April 9.

The subject is believed to have arrived at Walgreens in a beige Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck.

The Greer Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying a subject involved in a strong-armed robbery within the city limits of Greer.

The robbery took place this morning around 10:15.

The subject entered the Walgreens at 1232 W. Wade Hampton Blvd. and grabbed a tube of Chapstick on the front counter.

The subject led the cashier to believe that he was going to purchase the item, so it was rung up and the cash register was opened.

The subject reached over the counter, grabbed the money out of the till and fled the business.

The subject is believed to have arrived at Walgreens in a beige Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck.

The subject’s description, method and vehicle leads officers to believe that the same individual committed three other strong armed robberies in Greenville County on April 9.

If this is in fact true, the subject is targeting pharmacies and gas stations.
