Casey Elizabeth Navy, 32, had recently moved back into the Lemon Creek Drive address where the shootings occurred.
She has been charged with two counts of attempted murder and two counts of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime. She is being held at the Greer Police Department Jail and will be arraigned Thursday.
The two victims underwent surgery Wednesday night and are believed to be in stable condition. The victim located in a neighbor's driveway has been identified as Navy’s 54-year-old father. The second victim found inside the residence was identified as Navy’s 29-year-old brother. Both victims live at the Lemon Creek address.
The motive in the case is unclear.
