The school's Valentine Dance will be held Friday, Feb. 15 from 3:30 p.m. Tickets will be sold before school the week of the dance. Ticket prices are: $3 for regular and $7 for deluxe. The dance will be held in the school's cafeteria.
On Feb. 26, in conjunction with RMS PTSA's Talent Show, students from Riverside Middle's Model United Nations will hold their Annual Festival of Nations. Student will be dressed in native attire from their selected countries and will host booths with information about those countries including food and music. Both of these events begin at 6:30 p.m. The Talent Show will be held in the school's cafetorium and the Festival of Nations will be held in the front lobby. The Beta Club is also sponsoring a blood drive through the Blood Connection that same evening. There will be drawings for gift card prizes for those participating in the drive. The blood drive will be held from 4:30 to 8 p.m.
