Eighth-graders Elizabeth Schell, Cameron Jensen, and Xavier Allen were selected as winners in the conservation essay contest sponsored by the Greenville County Soil & Water Conservation District. Their essays on “Soil to Spoon” were selected as one of the best of 450 submissions. Each of these students will be presented a $50 check at the annual awards banquet in May.
