RJ Rockers Brewing Company announced that HenHouse Brunch will join the team at The Silo at RJ Rockers.
HenHouse Brunch is closing its downtown Wall Street location and will become part of RJ Rockers Brewing Company, providing breakfast and brunch within the new Rockers food concept, The Silo at RJ Rockers.
The Silo at RJ Rockers opens Feb.7 serving snacks and dinner from 3 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday. Breakfast and brunch service is anticipated to begin in the spring from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
Malcolm Garrison and Lexie Martinez opened HenHouse Brunch. It featured house-made brioche buns, cinnamon rolls, eggs Benedict, and shrimp and grits.
Knowing that Garrison and Martinez had outgrown their current 16-seat restaurant, Clay McDonough, Chef at The Silo at RJ Rockers, approached them with a solution to their limitations and an opportunity to combine experience and knowledge and give customers the best possible dining experience.
