Officers found one victim who had suffered a gunshot wound and was transported by Spartanburg EMS to Spartanburg Regional.
The Greer Police Department is in the beginning stages of its investigation. It is believed that this is an isolated incident and there is no danger to the public.
More details will be released when it is deemed appropriate, according to a GPD spokesperson.
