Rachel Wyatt and Sydney Sill celebrated Sill's crowning as Miss South Carolina Teen 2012 this past Sunday in Columbia. Wyatt, winner of Miss South Carolina Teen in July, went on to win Miss America's Outstanding Teen in August and Sill, as first runner in the state teen pageant, will represent South Carolina in Miss Teen's statewide duties.

You're invited to a welcome home celebration for Miss Greater Greer Sydney Sill who finished first runnerup in the Miss South Carolina Teen contest and then earned the Miss South Carolina organization's top teen title.
Sydney Sill, Miss South Carolina Teen, with sash and crown is a junior honor student from James F. Byrnes High School.
Sill, first runnerup in the Miss South Carolina Teen contest in July, agreed to represent the state when winner Rachel Wyatt was crowned Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2013 in August. Sill will represent South Carolina in Miss Teen’s statewide duties.
A homecoming celebration for Sill is scheduled Sunday, Oct. 14 at 2 p.m. at Greer City Hall. The public is invited. RSVP to [email protected] by Oct. 10.
Sill, 16, from Duncan, earned a $5,000 scholarship in the Miss Teen contest. She is a junior honor student at James F. Byrnes High School, class secretary and member of the National Junior Beta Club.
Wyatt, 17, a student from Wren High School, was the second Miss South Carolina Teen to be crowned Miss America’s Outstanding Teen. The first was Taylor Fitch of Anderson in 2009.
