More than 750 swimmers, representing 23 USA Swimming teams from South Carolina will converge on Greenville Rec’s Westside Aquatic Complex Thursday through Sunday for the SC Swimming Short Course Age Group Championships hosted by Team Greenville, Greenville Rec, and the Team Greenville Booster Club.
Westside Aquatic Complex was selected for the second consecutive year to host the championships. One of South Carolina’s premier swimming facilities, Westside Aquatic Complex is the only facility in the state that can run two 10-lane racing courses at the same time, according to Facility Manager Merv Faassen DeHeer.
