How does the perfect roll get crafted to perfection?

The Greer International Festival holds the secret at Saturday’s Greer Goes Global International Festival at Greer City Park, City Hall and amphitheater.

The Hiroyuki okahashi sushi demonstration is at 1:20 p.m. at City Hall. Festival officials said the demonstration last year was one of the most popular for all ages.

There is little better than a demonstration of how to perfectly line up the fish and ingredients of choice for sushi.

Most important is rolling the sushi so tightly that it doesn’t fall apart as the chopsticks are used to indulge.

The schedule, events and complete information can be found at the City of Greer’s International Festival link.
