The rendering of The Pete Store, a Peterbilt truck dealership, is located across from BMW Manufacturing Co., in Greer along I-85.
The Pete Store, the recognized name of the dealerships, is a 48,000 square-foot building that fronts I-85 and the BMW Manufacturing Co. in Greer. The facility being built on Freeman Farm Road.
The building will consist of approximately 26,000 square-feet of truck service bays that include 20 inside and two truck washing and detailing bays and two outside bays.
Offices, parts sales/warehousing and one truck showroom are included in the remaining 22,500 square-feet. A large canopy will shelter incoming vehicles.
The facility is scheduled for completion later this year.
Cohn Construction Services of Columbia is the general contractor.
