Banks Dorris, 2, son of Shea Dorris checks his hands after playing in the ice at City Park. Banks enjoyed slipping and sliding on the small patch created by campers emptying their coolers.
Music, crafts, games and worship through Thursday are held throughout the park. The final evening, Thursday, parents and children come together for food, inflatables and Christian fellowship.
