USC Upstate tuition increases 3.25 percent, in-state undergrads will pay $311 more
The University of South Carolina Board of Trustees approved a 3.25 percent increase in tuition rates at USC Upstate for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Tuition for in-state undergraduates on the USC Upstate campus will change by $311 to $5,495 per semester. Non-South Carolina resident tuition will increase by $485 to $10,994 per semester.
