If you want to reach for success in every area of your life, the most important asset you can have is a faithfully optimistic, winning attitude. That certainly can be applied to your weight loss journey as well. We only have a few more days this month, and if this hasn't been your best month so far, well guess what? March 1 is Saturday.
Mondays or the first day of the month always inspire me to adjust my attitude toward winning or success. But March totally excites me, as I know spring is around the corner.
Being outside, starting to think about the beach or playing more golf, whatever your ideal spring activity/life is, don't you want to feel your best and look your best?
Take Zig's advice. You must plan to follow your “Take Shape For Life's” guide. Prepare for your day or days ahead and expect to win (lose weight). Expect to accomplish your goal whether you’re if you are a size 14-16 and want to be an 8 or a size 42 pants and want to be back in 36.
Expect that you will get there if you have the winning attitude.
