Woodland 1st grade students recognized for their part in world record

Kierstyn W. holds the book, "Otis" while, back row left to right, Maria R., Jak K., Michaela W. and Will D. are recognized for their participation in setting a world record for the most people reading the same book. They are first grade students in Ms. Troyan's class at Woodland Elementary.

 



Woodland students participated in “Read for the Record” with others across the nation to break the world record for the most people reading the same book, “Otis”.  These students read the book aloud during the Morning Show as the entire school followed along and listened.
