Woodmont won its first game of the season in a lightning delayed game, beating Riverside 21-14 Friday night at The Reservation.

Riverside quarterback Ryan Cerino threw a 29-yard scoring pass to Will Ulrich and Emanuel Jackson produced an electric 94-yard TD runback of the second half kickoff for the Warriors' touchdowns.

Woodmont scored the winning points in the final quarter.

Riverside and Woodmont are 1-2 overall.

The Warriors play their first away game of the season next Friday at Hillcrest.
