Santa listens intently as a young boy pauses to reflect on what he wanted for Christmas. He didn't want to leave anything off, especially since he had Santa's undivided attention.

Santa Claus visited Greer Commission of Public Works last Friday to listen to the children’s wishes.

CPW invites Santa each year to spend a day with customers and employee’s families.

This year Santa also had an opportunity to see CPW’s Christmas trees and scenes the employees created.

Overheard was this discussion between Santa and a child.

Child: Where is your sleigh and reindeers parked?

Santa: On top of the roof.

Child: What can I leave for you when you come to my house?

Santa: Cookies.

Child: What about your reindeer?

Santa: Carrots.

Child: Bye Santa.

Santa. Be good.

Child: OK.
