“OK, what day is it? What day is it Mike? Mike Mikey, you know what day it is?” I know you were expecting “hump day, hump, hump, hump daaaayyyyy.” But besides hump day, it’s my two-year anniversary (Oct. 23) of starting the weight loss journey!
I remember it like it was yesterday. I had looked at all my food all week and planned what I would start my day with, pancakes. lol.

Just a quick note to check in on you to see how this week is going. One of the most important ways to keep yourself going with this plan is to set your goal. Surely you have an idea what size you want to be. How much weight you need to lose to get to that size or get off those medications?
