Astounding! 500,000 sf already leased at Caliber Ridge

A.L. Industries was the first tenant to move into the Caliber Ridge Industrial Park at 110 Caliber Ridge.
 

More than 500,000 square feet, 80 percent of available space, has already been leased at Caliber Ridge Industrial Park.

In essence Liberty Property Trust can’t build the fourth, 156,000 square foot, warehouse fast enough for occupancy. Grading has begun and Harper Corporation is constructing the building for an April 2015 occupancy.
