The Greer Learning Center is seeking volunteers to provide instruction in reading, writing, math, pre-GED, basic computer skills, English as a second language and WorkKeys.
Morning and evening opportunities are available and training is provided. No teaching or foreign language experience is necessary.
The Greer Learning Center is holding classes to prepare for the United States citizenship test. Participants must be able to understand and speak English as classes are taught in English.
The classes will begin Thursday, Jan. 10 and will meet each Thursday at 5:30-6:30 p.m. for 12 weeks. There is a $20 registration fee. The registration deadline is Tuesday, Jan. 8.
