GrandSouth opening becomes keystone to Wade Hampton corridor

The grand opening of GrandSouth Bank Wednesday made it a keystone on a section of prime real estate of Wade Hampton Blvd.
Jack Lucas, Greer market manager of GrandSouth, and his daughter, Heidi, cut the ceremonial ribbon. However the ribbon was a roll of $20 bills, symbolic in that $500 was contributed to Greer Community Ministries and to the Greer High School booster club. “We feel it’s important to be part of the Greer community,” Lucas said.
Culver's construction begins, tentative April opening

Culver’s has begun construction at its Greer location.
Jim Clark is locating his second fast-casual Culver’s at 1040 W. Wade Hampton Blvd, next to Aldi and filling in the former D&D Motors site.
