The Sept. 1 opening date of the Greer Inland Port is now in jeopardy with Nordic Cold Storage, the only structure remaining on the site, refusing to accept the South Carolina State Ports Authority efforts to end the final 11 years of the 40-year lease.  The impasse has resulted in the SCSPA seeking eminent domain action.
