Judy Albert will return for a third term on Greer City Council.

Voters in District 6 returned incumbent Albert to her Greer City Council seat Tuesday in the 2017 municipal election’s only race. It will be her third term.

Albert received 123 total votes (61.2 percent) while challenger Dexter Reaves received 78 votes (38.8 percent).

Greer City Council members Wayne Griffin (District 2) and Lee Dumas (District 4), and Greer CPW Commissioner Perry Williams, all ran unopposed and return for another term each.

The Greer Election Commission will certify the election results at 11 a.m. Thursday at County Square in Greenville.
