Caroline Bertling, a standout tennis player for Riverside High School her entire four years, has signed to play at Converse College.

Bertling played for Riverside five years with the past four on the varsity. She specialized in doubles where she was undefeated in the last two regular seasons in the tough Region II-AAAA.

Bertling was Riverside's most valuable player in 2013 and was selected for the All-Region team for the just completed season. The selection was especially notable with Bertling play exclusively doubles.

She plans to major in sports management.
