Bob Jones Academy students from Greer placed at the Viking Classic speech and debate competition hosted by North Mecklenburg High School in Huntersville, N.C., on Saturday. Thirty-six schools participated from North and South Carolina.

Jonathan Savoy placed 9^th in the Varsity Lincoln Douglas Debate and Josh Casillas placed 9^th in the Novice Lincoln Douglas Debate.

The BJA’s first tournament was Sept. 27 held at Riverside High School, featuring 22 schools from four states.
