Cari Keegan opened Cari’s Creations and Home Decor last Saturday in downtown Greer and is already seeing excellent returns on its investment.
“It was great. We had $2,500 in sales and I could not be happier,” Keegan said. Tuesday afternoon Keegan was adjusting hours to take advantage of the interest in the store.
Cari’s is a furniture and home accessories store on the corner of Trade and Victoria streets. Keegan, with 30 years of interior decorating and home staging experience, offers those services and parties and holiday events, too.
“We choose downtown because we believe what we are offering fits the historic feel of downtown,” Keegan, from Greer, said.
“I just want people to stop by have a cup of coffee and talk. I do not expect everyone to buy something. I just want them to be happy,” Keegan said.
A grand opening social and celebration is scheduled Thursday from 5-7 p.m.

Thursday 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
