The Greer CPW customer service lobby and the lake warden’s office at Lake Robinson (2544 Mays Bridge Road) are closed through at least March 31. Both Lake Cunningham and Lake Robinson are open for recreation.
The changes are due to the growing coronavirus concerns and the utility’s attempts to limit exposure to customers and employees.
Customers may pay bills on the website, www.greercpw.com, drive through or on the phone at 864-848-5500. Customers looking for new or transferred service should also visit the website.
CPW announced a $25,000 pledge on Monday to Greer Relief, an organization that works to prevent hunger and homelessness in the community. They also provide utility assistance and the donated funds will be used for that purpose.
