Richard E. Davis, Henry Horowitz and William Masters have been named to the Bon Secours St. Francis Health System Board of Directors.
• Davis, CPA is managing shareholder with Elliott Davis accounting resources and chairs the executive committee. His entre 25 years of public accounting experience has been with Elliott Davis.
• Horowitz has over 35 years of experience in management of start-ups and established firms in real estate and retail industries. Horowitz is Principal and Managing Partner of Oxford Capital Partners, LLC, a real estate investment firm focused on acquisitions and development of shopping centers in the Southwest and Southeast, a firm he co-founded in 1998.
• Masters is an entrepreneur, whose accomplishments span more than 30 years of inventing, building, designing, manufacturing, and developing processes and consumer products. He holds 30-plus patents in boat design, plastics manufacturing, computers and heat transfer and holds landmark patents in 3-D printing. In 1974 he founded Perception Kayaks in Easley and grew that company worldwide to become the largest kayak manufacturer in the world with manufacturing operations in Great Britain and New Zealand.
