Deputies received a tip Friday night that Steven Meredith McKinney Jr. had returned to his residence in Laurens County and they were able to quickly move in to place him under arrest.

Deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of a man who is wanted on multiple Criminal Sexual Conduct with a minor charges.
Deputies attempted to locate and apprehend Steven Meredith McKinney Jr., 43, Friday afternoon at 21 Thomason Road, in Laurens County. McKinney ran into the woods as deputies arrived on scene.
