Dillard founded Dillard-Jones Builders, LLC in 2004. A member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program representing the national magazine in Greenville, and Asheville, Dillard-Jones was named the Southern Living Custom Builder of the Year in 2011 and 2009 – the first homebuilder to win the prestigious national award twice. Dillard is a past president of the Home Builders Association of Greenville.
